JELD-WEN ship to all mainland UK areas within 5 working days from receipt of order. If an order is out of stock – we will respond to you within 24 hours, however, a stock report is issued daily which should help to minimise these issues. Orders to some outlying areas may take longer, a full postcode list of outlying areas is as below. Customers will be contacted for their earliest delivery date by our courier team. The above is applicable for orders received before 3pm, orders received after 3pm will be processed the following day.
Once you have placed an order, the JELD-WEN courier team will contact within 24-48 hours to confirm a delivery date and time slot. Please ensure a contact telephone number and e-mail address is included when sending through orders – no deliveries will take place unless booked in by our courier team. All orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday. Delivery is by a 2 man team and will be delivered to a room of choice at the time of delivery.

Products are sent direct from our suppliers within the number of working days shown in the product description. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery will be Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm and the supplier will contact you directly
Unfortunately we are unable to accept delivery of these products into our store. Our direct products are delivered FREE except where the product carries a minimum order value or quantity.
